Mister Car Wash provides high-quality exterior clean services using the latest technology. Customers highlight that the car wash machine does a great job, the vacuums are super strong, and the detail blower is a nice bonus. Many appreciate the value and convenience of the Unlimited Wash Club membership plans, noting the monthly membership is worth it. The business is committed to a personal touch, with on-site team members frequently going above and beyond to assist customers, demonstrating excellent customer service that receives praise. Some feedback notes that the dryers are not powerful enough, leading some drivers to wipe excess water off themselves. A few customers express confusion over membership packages, expecting not to pay extra for certain services at full-service locations. There is also a mention of a recent price increase for interior cleaning. Overall, the service is well-regarded, with many customers being long-term members who value the experience.
One of my favorite spot to clean my cars, almost every morning, most of them nice, welcoming, friendly and hard working employee, specily the manager, Sofi ... Oh i see her doing everything, cleaning the facility, inspect, empty trash bins, painting corners ... She kept it very well, she is something else!
