I was thinking of booking a room here but from what I can see you don't have too many accommodations that I require which is sad for me due to your location being in walking distance. I do hope you change some of your policies that way you can get more paying customers.Walkability: It's close to where I currently live.

Biking distance to the rail station, and the area, especially by the Shell station is a red lite district, the local cops must look the other way.
