About Nextcar
Nextcar is a great location with a shuttle to and from airport. Company is super flexible on cars and helped with a free upgrade as reservation was expired. Customers' experience is smooth and easy, best customer service smiles included. Price charges were clarified and process of renting is. Company reads fine print and doesn't rip us off with up pricing everything. Vehicles not unsafe and not filthy. Experience is huge part of Houston trip and great to bring in New Year.

Its a nightmare, they are not clear about there rules and if you're a local person trying to rent i highly recommend you don't and go with a more reputable rental company.

Terrible rental car company wouldn't recommend and they up charge you more than what you actually pay on the booking site . They also charge you to use your own insurance .

If i could give this negative Stars, I would. STAY AWAY. They charged me a waiver fee of $100+ because my insurance deductible was too high. Ive never even heard of such a thing. The check in is laborious, long and inefficient. NEVER AGAIN.
