To start Galleria location parking is tricky, overall the store was clean and organized. Nice selection of purses, clothes, and some accessories. Shoe variety lacking and jewelry was empty. No longer a hidden gem. Try westchase

The store is very well stocked with a wide selection of items, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Checkout lines were long, and although there were three employees at the registers, none were actively assisting customers. One was occupied restocking items, another was clocking out for lunch, and the third was handling a return and rearranging clothing—without any regard for the growing line of waiting customers. Additionally, there was no staff available on the floor to assist with questions. Overall, the store appeared to be significantly understaffed, leading to a frustrating shopping experience.

I shop at the rack pretty often, especially here. The customer service is tanking because of those darn credit cards with that “5%” savings. I’ve dealt with a few other customer service issues but this last one really ticked me off. I was already uncomfortable from being haggled about that darn card from last week and a few days ago, I go in hoping to go to another lady and thankfully I did. However, it was even worse! She greets me and tells me about my $20 store credit that I rack up quite easily and about the 5% I nicely decline because husband is like idk about that card, great savings but more incentive to spend (iykyk🤣) and she continues on about. I nicely decline again and all of the sudden she “forgot” about my $20 store credit and when I asked about it she foolish responds with “it doesn’t expire.” Just snarking and ridiculous. Mind you, I love the ladies in the store and I won’t stop shopping here but if that card is putting the ladies panties in a bunch like that, there needs to be additional training or the higher ups need to relax on it. It’s causing for unnecessary stress and as a customer I am feeling it.

Great customer service! Ivette was sooooo helpful and nice! I been a loyal Nordstrom client since the early 2000s and I dont shop anywhere else if they offer what im looking for! Thanks team!

Beautiful store, with designer brands..A Big SHOUT OUT to Tina in Shoe department, she was very helpful and patient.She was able to locate the item I was looking for.. the Management &employees' services was quick considering how busy they were ..thank you

Used to find more discount in Nordstrom rack. Now it is very similar to the regular Nordstrom. You have to look very well for the clearance areas if you want to find something in fact valuable.
