Front desk woman was very rude upon introduction; attitude from the jump and threw insults at me for being on the phone with my mom about getting my car out. Just a heads up to anyone who has to deal with them, will abuse position of power if you match energy.

Although I was in a shitty situation, paying for a petty tow ... The woman I spoke with was very compassionate and understanding of me, due to the reason of the tow. She listened 2 me, but at the same time made it clear in a pleasant way, that she had 2 do her part of the job. She was very informative on giving me the best information 2 get my car back quickly. She even offered a ride 2 get me back 2 the yard after work 😇 VERY nice woman, but she definitely worx 4 some damn crooks, and financial rapists 😒

Had my car towed today, I forgot to register it as a visitor (my fault). I called for info and pricing and was greeted with the worst customer experience mid call I hanged up because I didn't want to act hostile as she was towards me. Finally, get their pay to get my vehicle out, and she doesn't open the gate. So I go back to the window so she can open the gate and she says you went back in the car and started cursing I sent my brother to get the car someone was standing infront of the gate and still took her sweet time to open it too. Ruined my whole day yes I was in fault but if you hate your job just quit you old bat.
Ohh I almost forgot some people were also trying to get their stuff out there car and this lady was not letting them speak kept interrupting them and pointing on a paper on the door I felt so bad.

I don’t know why the reviews are so low. I had a good experience here and the lady was very helpful and patient my car was broken into and they taped the window when I arrived. It was already done, which was very nice. It was very quick and easy I was able to go back and look at my vehicle and started it up, she also didn’t mind that I had to wait. Almost 2 1/2 hours for a tow truck to drive overall not the best circumstances obviously, but the service was it bad And was very pleasant.
