Front desk woman was very rude upon introduction; attitude from the jump and threw insults at me for being on the phone with my mom about getting my car out. Just a heads up to anyone who has to deal with them, will abuse position of power if you match energy.

no professionalism here… forget about ever getting your vehicle back.. can’t even answer a question without a huff and a puff like it’s a bother to do their job don’t even show up if that’s the case..🤦🏾♀️
