No one could help me find what i was looking for, i even asked a manager that i know is the manager at the desk. When i appraoched her she didnt even say hi or she looked like i was disturbing her.
I asked her to help me find highwaisted sweetpants and she said its foldeded at the front where the pants are. Clearey it wasnt because it was all denim pants and shirts
This time i took a picture ans asked another associate that im sure was new because she was being trauned my the rude manager.
I showed her my phone amd she took it up to anothwr associate and then she told her that its up in the front
No one actaully helped and looked for it for me. I literally was so upset that i looked at the front on every rack at the front by the active where. I spent 30 minutes looking it.
I left frustrated and just left the other clothes behind. Im not buying here anymore.
Associates dont care to help people. Horrible customer service

Genesis was very sweet and helpful. She showed me how to use the app to save money and she provided great guest service and somehow hospitality at old navy. Thank you again sweetheart! Hope they know they have great staff. It's hard to find people who care about their job.

I’ve come to this location a few times and the employees are very nice… but it makes absolutely no sense to have one person on the register while two are three are gathered near the door doing nothing. My assumption is that one was a manager, and she could have taken the time to either assign someone to help at the register or come to the register herself. We stood there, and stood there until I finally put my items down and left. Waste of time.

A mess long lines that take forever, staff that doesn't try to help but the loss prevention guy was quick to follow me and my brother around. I canceled my Old Navy Mastercard after going to this store. You don't need these people Amazon Essentials. Same clothing type and better prices.
