Old Navy Outlet is a medium size store with warm employees where customers shop comfortable. It offers great discounts every week up to 50% and has great selections, especially for the ladies, with a welcome return policy. The staff can be very sweet and helpful, providing great guest service. However, visits can sometimes be a waste of time due to long waits at the register with insufficient help, and hours may be inconsistent despite a posted late close.
An absolute fabulous place to shop for me. Been a member for a long time, I never miss the perks and goodies that comes with shopping here. I recommend a visit.

I like this store but I just go there some minutes ago and it’s already close , and they close to 9 pm , I just spend time for nothing

Genesis was very sweet and helpful. She showed me how to use the app to save money and she provided great guest service and somehow hospitality at old navy. Thank you again sweetheart! Hope they know they have great staff. It's hard to find people who care about their job.
