OMEGA Boutique - Houston Galleria is by appointment only. The store has an amazing selection of Omega watches. The sales personnel are very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and very helpful. They greet customers with a smile and deliver an amazing experience. The atmosphere is inviting, friendly, and different, making customers feel comfortable whether they plan to purchase or not. Came in needing to get some links out of my Speedmaster. Qamar quickly helped me and was very knowledgeable and professional in getting it handled. She had me in and out in now time. Will be back. The environment and service felt high end, as it should.

Rey was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back for a seamaster as a second watch in the near future. As an AD that doesn’t play games or judge you for wearing an entry level timepiece, they value you as a person and not what’s on your wrist.

Went here last weekend. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Even made us a nice cup of coffee while showing us watches. Did not buy a watch this time but will in the future from here! Beautiful store! Loved the gold astronaut!
