I just want to say thank you to the ORileys employees this morning that helped me out with replacing my windshield wiper blades i had been stuck trying to figure it out for hours (i bought the blades at another orileys a month or 2 before but never bothered to install them).
Customer service here is 10/10, happy thanksgiving 😊

I bought a battery from there and tried to use their tools to change it, but they did not even have the tools for me to use to change it. I ended up having to take it to a mechanics shop to change it only to find out they sold me the wrong battery. What ever happened to them changing it or having the tools for you to borrow or better yet, just to sell you the correct item for your vehicle?

The guy who helped me had an attitude and didn’t want to do his job. I Chad to look it up on my phone and give him the part number I wanted. Just for him to ignore me and not want to put in the information.

Sonya is the best manager. She was excellent helping me find what I need for my car and showed me how to change out my battery myself. I really appreciate her. Great person as well.

I put in a order for some oil filters and they never came when trying to call the store phone just rings until someone hangs up in your face
