Bad attention from today's employees 011924. Because we didn't speak English very well, an employee got upset and didn't want to serve me and the person at the cash register looked at us with contempt. Just a bilingual lady who was very friendly

A bunch of lazy workers don’t seem to care about their customers. If you can drive to the Scarsdale Oreillys you should don’t waste your time at this store. Was placed on hold for half an hour waiting on “james” the manger.

Eric was very helpful with assisting me with a new battery. I had been sold the wrong sized battery at a different location and needless to say my car would not start. I came to this location and Eric went above and beyond in helping to correct the problem. He checked the starter, battery and alternator and was pleasant and friendly.

As a business owner that seeks great customer service, this location on Beamer (zip code 77089) (manager Jason) lacks it. Seemed to have an attitude or just an off day. I do business with multiple O'Reillys across Houston and surrounding areas and though I don't take the time to write positive on each and every one of the locations, I let it be known about the ones that lack discipline. Other employees here seemed friendly and informative to their customers.

Me as a female walking in to an auto parts store is definitely intimidating. The first day I walked in, I went around the corner and was asked if I needed help from an associate name Maddie. She helped me with my rare view mirror. Very kind, friendly, and eager to help! She was attentive and prompt.She needs a raise!

Just got back from this store. My truck was starting slow, so I went to get the battery checked. Eric was very helpful by testing my battery, alternator, and starter. My truck initially started up slow, but after going into the store to purchase a few items I came back out to leave and my truck wouldn't turn over at all. Come to find out my starter was bad, and I was in a bad mood. The assistant manager James was extremely helpful, and very understanding. He offered tools ( which I already had, but the gesture was very kind ). While I was working on my truck James came out several times to check on me and see if I needed any assistance. Long story short, and after a new starter my problem was fixed. It says a lot about a person when their kindness can change your mood in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this store and have no problem traveling twice the distance that the closer O'Reilly's on Scarsdale to get great customer service from Assistant Manager James and his employees. I would give this store 10 stars if I was able to.

My dad and I went yesterday. The service from the elderly man was great! Very helpful and informative. You have any questions go to that man. I didn’t get his name but he was great! Best service
