huge pain in the butt using this store thanks to ***. my 72yr old father paid for an order on the internet, and sent me to pick it up but when I got to the store *** said it's not ready yet, I said it's just brake pads can you grab them? ok so do I have id, what's my name. no you can not pick up the pads because it's not in your name, well can I have a number he can call, nope I.cannot talk on the phone. so I was about to cancel the order and buy them over the counter to accomplish what should have been easy but turned out that the manager told *** to let me pick up the order. but they could not find the parts that they showed to have in stock so I could not get them here after all that wasted pointless effort. this turned out to be stupid hard for no reason thanks ***. shop somewhere else
ok maybe I'm being harsh. I am still going to shop here. I am just frustrated with the way it went this time and usually I have a great experience here. anyone can have an off day and *** was just following policy. so I raised my review to 3 stars from 1.star and asterisked over ***s name. I will give them a break, hopefully someone will give me a break someday when I run them the wrong way too. have a great day everyone

I needed my alternator checked so I came inside and ask the attendant behind the register If they will check my alternator And he replied The machine was down,I came back the next morning One attendant Was taking care of a customer and the manager Adam was doing inventory, But he stopped what he was doing And attended to me, he was very professional and took care of my issue, people like him is what makes a difference, thanks for your great service Adam ?

Very rude and lazy workers here. My husband brought a battery by to be charged. First thing the next morning, about 10 minutes after opening, we go to pick it up. My husband is physically handing the receipt to the guy and he motions for my husband to hand it on the other side of the computer when he's literally in front of him. Then the man starts checking his book and says "it doesn't show you dropped it off". He HAD THE RECEIPT IN HIS HANDS!

I bought motor oil and a long neck funnel there, which they recommended I get. I do know how to put oil in a car. I just hadn't had the need to do it to my 2021 Honda CRV. Well, when I removed the cap, the funnel did not want to go in at all. I wasn't able to take the time to put my head all the way in to see better. It's been drizzling and I'm dressed for work. Besides, there were men arriving and leaving quick, that I felt uncomfortable standing there over the interior of the hood. I went back in to ask for help after I searched on YouTube and couldn't find anything helpful for my 4 cylinder motor. The gentleman at the counter didn't know how to help, but he requested help from people in the back (who were eating around 8am). He tried to help by looking up videos but nothing different than what I had found. After I explained to the lady who came out (with a mouth full of food) to ask me questions, I said All I Need Is For Someone To Come And Check It Out Better For Me. She went back then came to the front to tell me the gentleman in the back was busy with a customer but didn't know what I was talking about.So I asked, Really, No One Is Willing To Help? They just stared at me, so I walked out. It wasn't until I got to a safe place to really be able to get in there to see. The pic attached shows why the funnel couldn't go in. I needed a different, shorter funnel, so I got it and did what I needed to do. This store definitely disappointed! Not like a couple of other O'Reillys that I know.
