Staff was very helpful and patient at both Memorial City and Galleria locations during the Christmas weekend. Staff helped customers find essential clothing pieces and style. The store a nice variety of clothes and a welcoming smile from staff. Customers appreciated the willingness to go the extra mile and the extra helpful. The experience was amazing and relatable, with staff searching for items, returning items, and joking with customers. Leadership was sub optimal but staff held it down as a worker and human being. The store was very nice and hope to come back again in the future.
I like the clothes here but they are all one size. I’m guessing because they are from John Galt. But their jeans and jean shorts are not which is great! I love pacsun jeans. They are kind of long but you can just get them hemmed if needed. The changing rooms were very big which I liked.
