Vicky's PET DEPOT is a full-line pet store and a proud staple in Houston, Texas. The store offers the best grooming in town, with groomers who do a fantastic and amazing job. They go above and beyond, working carefully with pets, even those that are sensitive or require special handling. The staff is super nice, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Customers are always positively greeted. The store carries a range of natural pet food and pet supplies, including variety of fish food and bird food. Their products are organic or “high quality,” though they can be a bit more pricey than some expect. The store is a lifesaver for specific items like Greenie's, which are cheaper here than at other major retailers. It is a really nice little place where it is easy to pop in and out quickly with exactly what you need. The overall customer service, knowledge of the industry, and level of professionalism are excellent. This makes the store a main destination for many pet owners for treats, food, supplies, and grooming on a regular basis.
Everyone in the shop is friendly & helpful. Caleb groomed my dog better than any other groomer we’ve used. When I picked him up, there wasn’t a loose piece of fur on him! He was happy & smooth. Shedding has been a big problem for us. Pricing is good.

This place is a lifesaver when I run out of Greenie's. Theirs are cheaper than the ones at Randalls and Kroger. Really nice little place, and it's easy to pop in and out quickly with exactly what you need.
