“I came in today and had a mens pair of shoes that i had no use for so i talked to john over the phone and asked to be sure if they accept shoes and he said yes. When i got there i was assisted immediately by john himself and he helped me out with some gas money at least based on the condition of the shoes lol! Either way it was exceptional customer service.
