Hardly helpful staff, only two star because I cannot integrally put a one star since the girl did kinda ish point me in the direction of the item I was looking for. Although just barely and it still took me 5 extra minutes to find the cat food my order called for. Making me late to delivering the food on time.

The store has a nice selection of animal products even some items are discounted and they have dog cakes and cookies and the staff are nice and knowledgeable of the items that they have available

It was good they always welcome you when you come in. And ask if you need any help. When I was checking out. I mentioned I had earned a free bag of puppy food. Without skipping a beat. They talked me thru the app and guided me to the barcode they needed to scan!

It was normal like every time. But at the end I got so surprised when I paid for the products I was trying to get . And asked the cashier for a bag to put the products in . And the person told me that they were changing 10 cents for the bag.
I didn't have cash since I had pay with my debit card.
I understand that the cost of living has increased lately but I think the businesses have to cover those expenses.
Why no to ask the costumer if the want their products in bags or the they don't wanna use the store bags they get 10 cents discount per bag that the costumer decides not to use.
Instead of charging more for something that the business support to cover .
Or at least advertise about the changes are happening in the store.

I took one of my dogs over here to utilize the self-service wash. The staff was friendly and showed interest in my dog. They provide the tub, water, a tie-lead so your dog doesn't jump out, an apron, towels and washing essentials. Once your dog is done in the tub you can use the blower to dry her/his hair and you're ready to roll.

Had a fantastic experience here shopping for my new puppy. All of the employees where so helpful. One helped me find the food and another finding a harness when i realized i needed the help lol. The cashier was friendly and helpful signing me up with an account. This will be my pet store going foward 10/10
