Petco is a comprehensive pet store that offers a wide range of products and services to care for pets. Customers appreciate the store's neat and welcoming environment, with knowledgeable staff who are able to provide helpful information about pet food, supplies, and aquatic selections. The store stocks a variety of brand-name pet nutrition products for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish, and reptiles, often at competitive prices. Many customers highlight the friendly and attentive staff, such as Daisy, who consistently offers assistance and recommendations. The store also provides full-service grooming, veterinarian services, vaccination clinics, pet adoption, and positive dog and puppy training classes to ensure pets receive the best care. Some reviews mention successful grooming experiences, even for large or challenging dogs, and helpful employees who recommend suitable products for specific needs like skin issues. Although there are some concerns about tank cleanliness and staff knowledge in the aquatic department, overall, Petco is seen as a well-stocked and friendly place dedicated to supporting pet health and happiness.
I love the staff and their obvious level of care for the many creatures they manage. Hoping to see more new cat toys on my next visit! Managed to find one winner that we didn't already have. (They have a decent amount of stuff, we just spoil our kitty, haha)
