I haven’t had a problem with PetSmart until now. I scheduled an appointment with the groomer Rico and when I got yo PetSmart Rico told me he couldn’t groom my puppy because I didn’t have his paperwork with me. The guy I spoke with Bruce failed to update that my puppy had his shots so I wasted my time bringing him. A total waste of time!!! Do not waste your time here. They will not own their mistakes and inconvenience the client. If I could give them a zero I would.
I wanted to update this review to 4 stars. Emily the manager at PetSmart really went above and beyond in making the situation right. She was truly a Rock Star. She even gave a 15% discount for the inconvenience and owned it that PetSmart dropped the ball with imputing the date. That was huge for me. When companies can own their mistakes and make it right it’s good for business. I will be bringing Zeno back for grooming. Thank you Emily for an amazing job and if your supervisors are reading this they should give you a raise!

I didn’t want my dog’s hair to be cut too short. I showed them how I wanted it. Besides that, my dog’s legs got injured, and the area under its chest is very irritated. It has scratched so much that it got wounded.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced anywhere. Manager was rude and cashier didn't know the security code to open bathroom. To top this off the back of the store smelled like poop and they didn't seem to care when I mentioned it.

Don’t take your dog to Petsmart to be groomed. Tried a few locations and every location has poorly trained groomers that can’t handle large dogs that are more rowdy. They will literally come up with any excuse to not finish the job. Since attempting to use Petsmart, I took my large breed dog to another groomer who said that any groomer worth their salt would know how to handle my dog because he’s not mean he’s simply mouthy and rambunctious. He does not bite or break the skin. He’s just being playful and disobedient. They are just Poorly trained, unqualified groomers that aren’t good with larger dogs. They will use any excuse from you giving medication, to the dog being “too intimidating” or whatever to get out of grooming a larger dog that poses ANY challenge whatsoever. Lazy and incompetent.

I would not recommend the grooming services to anyone. I was notified 10 minutes before my 1pm appointment that they were canceling. No accommodations were made and no remorse for the very late notice and time wasted driving to the store. Unprofessional service!

I don't remember the boy's name that was working at the register. I think it was Cam. He was so helpful and new. Exactly what I was looking for and took me right to the product. Appreciate your help man
