Had a rude mid age female bearly doing anything asked her about my order, she give me my order with an attitude. The female earlier in the day was nice an she was a bit older dealing w Lotta people in line an she gave no issue. That's why it's a 3 star.

The huge volume of a wide variety of items for pets sometimes makes it difficult to find a specific product, but the staff here are generally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
