Disgusting fish department. I went in to buy a few little guppies and the fish department at this location is disgusting, and filthy. The tanks are dirty, dead fish floating, algae in the tanks and supplies all over the floor. You should be ashamed of yourself, as a pet store to let your fish tanks get like this! Unfortunately, I bought 5 guppies, 2 of them did not even make it home! This used to be a decent Petsmart, I don't know what happened, but your store needs to be cleaned up!

Website made it appear that for $32! You get a wash cut nope! Only a wash! Why would anyone pay $32 oh and when I got there they wanted $34 and for a simple nail trim on web its $17 in store its $19! Never again Petsmart!! Petco has my business from now on

Needed to get everything for a cat with 4 newborns. Never had a cat before. A nice sales lady spent 30 minutes getting me set up. She was a “cat person” and immediately knew what I needed. She made it an edifying visit.

I always enjoy my visit to petsmart, I just don't enjoy the prices at petsmart. This store is clean and the staff are friendly. I only had one issue with a staff member here, but I do not believe they work there anymore. I visit this store quite frequently.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE EMPLOYEES AT THE GROOMING DEPARTMENT. EXTREMELY RUDE. THEY CUT MY DOGS EAR!
