It shouldn't be so HARD to check your account balance/payment over the phone for a credit card! What's the deal with needing a pass code sent once you provide the card number just to prove it's you? PLEASE make it simpler...

I have an excellent credit score. I wanted to get a lower interest rate on my car loan. Went to my credit union who I have done business with for 30 years and they wanted to put a ridiculous stimulation. I will be closing my 30 year account with them.

THE WORST PLACE EVER NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THEN WHEN SOMEONE DID PICK UP IT BEEPED LIKED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. THIS MERGER HAS PUT A BLOCKAGE ON ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT ONLINE AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY ACT LIKE THE FOODSTAMP OFFICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE
