I have been a credit union member for decades. Joined when I was with Southwestern Bell. Recently spoke with Leslie Paulus and Toni who helped me tremendously with my financial questions. They were professional, kind and explained so much. I had forgotten all the benefits of being a Primeway member. We don’t have one in the DFW area. Very thankful for their patience and help.

I only have this credit union due to my auto loan there. I don't care for them enough to conduct daily business with them. I have never been late on a payment. Suddenly, I receive a letter stating l'm behind and have received a credit marker. Now mind you, we are in December, and they're claiming I missed a payment in February. So I'm a month behind, and I don't receive a phone call or a letter in the mail until the credit marker hits last month. I'm uncertain about this credit union. That's poor business practice. You call last month to discuss the past due, but I didn't make a payment in February? That's bs.....

If you want a real resolution to your problem ask to speak with a manager. I called because there was over $1000 of fraudulent charges on my account. The person I spoke with initially said it would take 7-10 days to get my money back and everything would be done through mail. I was livid but I'm glad I asked to speak with a manager. She called back within less than an hour and had already resolved the issue. Now I do wish they had a better fraud alert system. I did not know this had happened until I received a low balance alert over a day later. I've been a member for 20 years, I have checking, savings, joint checking and savings, and auto loan with them so I do not want to have to leave. I'm still skeptical but glad the issue was eventually resolved.

Stunned to be charged a fee to cash a check. I didn’t cash it. Maybe I am naive but a check is a promise to pay and now that promised amount has been diminished by incurring a fee. Feels very predatory but maybe that’s the goal.

I have been a member of this credit Union for almost 10 years.. Have applied for car loans twice and a personal loan on yesterday for 3000...and have the funds currently in my account to back the loan and get denied every time.. But I was approved in minutes at another institution in minutes for 3500 with a cheaper interest rate. Got denied there for auto loans and get approved everywhere else. What a waste of my time... Yet I can walk in today and get a holiday express loan for 1000.00 at 18% interest. It is my opinion that your institution is not in business of helping good people but instead trying to make a quick buck. I will be looking for a new credit union.

Very professional, prompt and Tara Houston from the Heights and the Management Team personal touch complete a good experience. Very informative of services and products offered!! One atop shop and I can focus on everything else while my banking is secure
