Neighborhood bank better service than all the commercial branches in the area

This branch is extremely slow and not very friendly. If you have the time I would suggest driving 2 more miles down the road to the other branch on little York. They are much more inviting, faster and more efficient. Just my opinion.

Poor experience opening a business account. The branch manager Carmen Bernal stated she wouldn’t approve it due to possible low activity and suggested I bank elsewhere. This felt dismissive and unprofessional. Not what I expect from a business bank.
