WORST COUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We opened an account here just this year in January, and that was the last time we received decent service let me start with the VERY rude old a** security guard that sits at the front entrance he doesn't smile nor speak ( even when spoken to) as people (well certain people) enter the bank we have been here 3 times to deposit or withdrawal and it's always an issue Going thru drive thru, they get easily confused and then demand that you come inside. I've never heard of that. It is 103° in Houston. No one wants to get out and walk in that heat. I'm in here right now and they called this elderly lady into the room but did not close the door while asking her all kinds of personal questions( yes I said something) then she closed the door well today I'm closing my account, never to come here again Please beware if you don't look like them you are treated as a suspect NO diversity in the whole building

This people are very slow they don't even answer the phone plus the commercial drive thru is super slow they dont deserve one single star

The service is horrible how can a rep or the bank let you get a card, then because they messed up,the bank choose to lock my card with my money up.keep in mind it was not my fault it was the bank. Need I say I had my business card for a year and just open the personal account. So sad. Wow. I just can't wrap this around my head. Bad for business. All customers are not treated fairly at the one located on 4155 Little York rd.

The worst bank experience I’ve had in my life. Laticha Cuervero, who said she was a supervisor when I asked to speak with one, was by far the rudest interaction I’ve had with any bank staff in my life. Not sure the training protocol here with customer service but I will never come to this location again because of how she treated & talked to my mother & I. The bank teller that actually handled the transaction was very nice & polite, however she was still in training and limited to the help she could give. Her politeness is the reason I gave one star. I also plan on contacting the corporate headquarters about this interaction so no one else has to experience this treatment.

Disrespectful, unhelpful and unkind staff. Do not care for customers or personal issues. They do not run a fully staffed bank on Saturday, and act like it's your fault you work Monday - Friday the same hours they are open. Due to the lack of all around customer service with Prosperity Bank at all locations (this location was the security guard). It was raining so I came in with a hood on. First thing out his mouth and it wasn't even words,, it was a gesture that i caught a glimpse of. I stopped and asked what he did. He replied,(so now I know he can speak) "remove the hoodie". I asked where the was a sign, he point and then mumbled "read the sign, that noone reads".. I'm like really, it's raining, I'm looking down, and IT'S NOT IN THE LITTLE FOYER AREA but, it was posted on the glass facing outward. As I'm there finishing up, upon exiting. The Security guard went to the foyer area with cell phone in hand and proceeded finishing whatever was on the phone (not a call) doing,(when I came in initially the phone was in his hand also). I said leaving walking pass him, "Have a Good Day." The guy didn't budge or flinch, so I said "Sir, you the security guard", have a nice day", the guy act as if he couldn't here me, and completely ignored me like I didn't exist.With this being said, I don't feel comfortable banking with prosperity Bank, when there's signs of prejudice (especially from a security guard) that I should continue banking here. With all that took place in the brief moment. I felt uncomfortable walking out the door with the withdrawal I just made. I sat in the car for a moment like what if??

There's a reason this branch has so many bad reviews. You're made to almost feel stupid when you're there. If it wasn't for my company making me come here I surely wouldn't. 9 times out of 10 I'm so frustrated that I literally won't even look at them by the time I leave.I've had a different experience with the bank manager she was polite with me so I can't speak on that as far as the other reviews go.
