There's a reason the parking lot is empty. Go somewhere else, this place doesn't have a clue. Why bank somewhere small with no one else? Too limited.

It is like they take pride in providing bad customer service. There is never any customers in the branch, so clearly the word is out.

I have twice tried to reset my online password using their dial in system. Twice I have sat on hold for over 30 minutes so I decided to go to the branch for help only to be told I need to call into the customer service center.
