I went in for an ATM card replacement only to be told that the person responsible was out to lunch. Considering 12pm is a high traffic period, sufficient personnel coverage should be considered.

Why would anyone bank here? Go somewhere else, this place doesn't have a clue. Why bank somewhere small with no one else? Too limited.
