There was a lady( glasses and hair in micro/sister locs, auburn color). She was not very friendly. The small amount of time I encountered her is what made me give the score. It would have been 10/10. EVERYBODY else was friendly.

I've been to three different locations in Houston. Everyone is nice and caring. I like the appointment setter on the site and app. I love that I can view my tests as soon as they are available!
