  They are refusing to do my labs due to traceability.
  .This seems like something a 2 minute phone call could fix. Now I need to get stuck again and miss work.

  Sent my bill to a debt collector, didn't bother to call me or email me. Didn't call the third party to get a hold of me. Just sent it to the collector. It's as if they don't care about customer service... very stressful and confusing.

  Had one of their drivers on car 84089 cut me off on the on ramp for the beltway location and swerve around other drivers on beltway location not sure what he’s thinking but his driving needs to be habits for this company checked.
