You need more kiosk’s. There are 2 and four people trying to check In. Both machines were having issues and no one to advise with no window. Luckily there was a young man that saw the 2 ladies in front of me were having trouble. Otherwise I would have given and extremely good rating.

Went in made an appointment when I be seen. Got called in sooner. Had my test though Jason, was cheap and was already paid. Great way to do this.

The tech that drew my blood was really nice and did a decent stick. They did my lab kit which I really appreciated because I had just left a Lab Corp that refused it. Did a walk in and got seen very fast compared to what it said. Thank you!
