“Caroline reached out to me to let me know that my Houston home was scheduled for foreclosure auction, which was 3 weeks away. I live in Brazil, so I can't always stay on top of everything with my property thousands of miles away. I was already thinking about selling, but the bank trying to sell my property out from under me convinced me it was time to sell. Caroline gave me good advice to helped me reinstate my mortgage and get my house on the market. When offers weren't materializing after several showings, Caroline figured out that the tenants were leaving the house messy and making it hard to show. One of my tenants was very difficult. Caroline convinced me to look up the language in the lease to figure out how we could get the tenants out of the property. Caroline discovered that a 3rd person was living in the property who needed ot be on the lease. The tenants were in violation of the lease. We used this as a tool to get the tenants to cooperate to avoid an eviction. Once we got a contract on the place, Caroline lined up the closing date with the tenant move out date. Even when the buyer was late to close, Caroline got the buyer to pay daily fees as if the place was still rented. She was great a negotiating all aspects of the tenant moveout and the sale to maximize the proceeds to me. I was very impressed with her real estate skills and wouldn't hesitate to hire her and recommend her again!”
