About Rescued Pets Movement
Rescued Pets Movement (RPM) is a dedicated organization that saves homeless pets in Houston by transporting at-risk animals from overcrowded shelters, primarily BARC, to safety. Once in foster care, the animals receive health care until they are medically cleared for transport to rescue partners in other states, where they find new homes. RPM focuses on animals in danger of euthanasia and works through community donations, fostering, and sponsorships to save tens of thousands of lives. The organization is not a shelter and does not accept found or surrendered pets or host local adoptions. Volunteers and supporters describe RPM as a caring and hardworking group that helps animals in need, often working quickly to prevent euthanasia. Foster families play a key role by taking animals out of danger for just a week or two, providing love and care. The staff are friendly, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the organization is highly appreciated for its efforts to help animals that cannot help themselves.

I went for an interview. They didn't hire me. But I thought alot of what they're trying to do for the animals. They had a wonderful facility and seemed to care deeply. If I had the money, I would donate to them
