Rice Bikes is a friendly and professional bike repair shop known for its excellent service and reasonable pricing. Customers appreciate the helpful staff, including a kind team of young women who efficiently assist with repairs and provide options. Whether it’s a simple fix or a more comprehensive repair, the staff conducts quick assessments and offers clear estimates. Many reviews highlight the welcoming atmosphere of the garage vibe repair store, which is primarily run by students. Clients have experienced free assistance for minor needs, like screws for bike locks, and have praised the pleasant employees. While Rice Bikes excels in basic repairs, it may not be the best option for extreme or specialized maintenance. Overall, it is a highly recommended shop in Houston for those in need of bike repairs.
I took my bike there, the rear wheel’s hub was broken. They did a great job fixing it. FYI I took the bike to another place and they told me to change the wheel!! But in Rice Bikes, they fixed it by replacing the hub. The price was very reasonable as well.

They were friendly and professional. I needed two screws to install a foldable lock on my bike rack because I had lost them during my move. The lady kindly gave me two screws for free and helped me install them on my bike. That was really nice of her, and I will definitely return whenever I need help with my bike.
