Hours: Rollingwood Apartments is a beautiful and well-kept place to live, with very green grass and nice apartments that need little maintenance. The staff and management are amazing, professional, and always willing to compromise, making residents feel at home. They take good care of business and the property, often doing more than what is asked for maintenance requests. However, there are significant safety concerns. There have been incidents of theft from cars in the parking lot, and residents report no security. Some feel the place is no longer safe for their belongings. While the complex itself is highly recommended and has a great reputation, these security issues are a serious problem for some residents. Management has been notified about needs like better lighting, but follow-through can be inconsistent. It is a nice and cared-for place, but the lack of security is a major drawback.
