I really like the store! The cashiers are very polite and friendly but the security guards make me feel uncomfortable! They follow you and look at you as if you were taking something that isn't yours! When a crazy person or a homeless person comes in they just stand there doing nothing! Because they're scared! Haha

Quality has gone down at the Ross store. They are disordered, you don't find the same quality as previous years.

Everyone in the store is helpful and kind. My concern is with the security guard. He wanted to search bags that weren’t from Ross and became sarcastic when I refused.
