I rented a unit online. Did not like the unit when we got there. I called the number and he moved my unit with out any issues.

Easy to book only, was east to find. If you get an inside storage the door is a regular door so its hard to get furniture in but other than that great, they give you a combo lock and you can add your own

I enjoy everything about this place. Mostly so far they don't seem too high strung and super duper strict but still run a clean legit business
