Shell Federal Credit Union (SFCU) has consistently provided excellent customer service to its clients. Customers have praised the responsiveness and helpfulness of the credit union's representatives, particularly Zoe Platt, Tyrell Lynch, Dana Santiago, Deenisha, and Jazmin, who have gone above and beyond to assist them with various banking needs. The credit union is known for its friendly and caring staff, who take the time to educate their clients on financial matters. Clients have appreciated the knowledgeable guidance they have received, especially from Maria Alvarez at the Woodforest location. However, some customers have had less positive experiences, particularly with Marissa Gonzales, who was described as disengaged and incompetent in processing an auto loan. Despite this, the credit union's overall reputation for outstanding customer service has been praised, with one customer even stating that they almost didn't open an account due to their initial negative experience, but were ultimately satisfied with the service they received from the other representatives.
It has always been easy dealing with SFCU. This is my second auto loan. Zoe Platt has been working with me. She has gone above and beyond. She is responsive and so helpful.
