In my experience everyone at this store has had a bad attitude every time I go in there. They ask if I need help and I say no = attitude, when I do need help and go to ask someone = more attitude. Everyone in there looks miserable. The only pleasant encounter I had was with a manager and I only spoke to him because they had someone blatantly following me, a young black woman, around the store and this man had the audacity to actually stand behind me with his arms crossed while I browsed tequila! The manager explained that they deal with a lot of theft, ok? Not sure how that excuses your employees from being racist and harassing paying customers but ok.

Rodney in the wine department and Kristina in baskets are SO HELPFUL!! We needed a huge order for Christmas and could not have done it without them. Their customer service is top tier, this is the best specs in the world!

Every Spec’s is not the same. This one is by far the best I’ve been too. As a bourbon hunter, they have quite a nice collection of bourbons. I’m most definitely going back.

Busy busy location but some of the best customer service hands down. You'll find items here that other locations does not have, and trust from experience, it's well worth the drive if you're out the way. The prices are convenient, and please beware... the in store deals are hard to ignore 😶🌫️. The overall atmosphere is warm and friendly w/ very knowledgeable staff and someone is always around to assist.

Its a candy store for adults.
I always stop there after the Med Center for my deli meat.
Specs must really take care of their associates because there are some many familiar faces. They always greet you with a smile and accommodate my special request. Thank you Ian and Jason for making my trip there always enjoyable.

Spec’s Downstown is Spec’s flagship store and not like their other stores, or a typical liquor store for that matter. They have speciality fresh foods, a bakery, an excellent deli, and speciality liquor that you can’t find at most stores. We love coming here especially during the Holidays to get gifts and baskets for friends/family/customers.
I would highly recommend coming here for a unique shopping experience!
