Everyone is so willing to help here. I ask a lot of questions to be sure my purchase is right. This location is large, always busy but quick. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to answering questions to fill my needs, and I appreciate the salesmen who were patient with me. My experience here was insightful and pricing was fair. I left with a lot of knowledge about prestige wine. Overall satisfaction!

So my local Spec's stopped carrying Altstadt Beer in 15 pks. We happen to be in town for a concert and stopped in and we found our beer in stock. Bought what they had on hand, we spoke to David Neff and he let us know that we could place a large order and have it ready for when we are coming to town as we live 2 hours away. So any time I travel through Houston on my way to the casinos. ? I can always count on him to order my beer and have it ready for me when I get there! He is always an email or phone call away!! Very helpful and excellent customer service. Because of his services I will continue to be a Spec's customer!!

Spec's on Smith Street is the best Mario the store manger always have a smile and is very helpful. Martha and Ana are so helpful they will help you find any thing you need in the store Spec's on Smith Street will always be my favorite store thank you .

Oh my goodness, I love this place, but I rarely get a chance to go.I made it my day to try cavier. The people in the meat department helped me find the kind that I wanted to try, and then set me up with blinis and Creme Fraiche.A nice man in the wine department helped me find a good champagne to go with our cavier, and when I whined over the price, he set me up with a Cava that was along the same line for about 1/3 price. I was grateful for the help.
