After one month of trying, and hearing people, tell me no worries and I assure you I’m going to get your problem solved, after 31 days I entered the T-Mobile store in Houston and Moises was able to solve my problem in five minutes. Your entire staff, other than Moises need to be retrained.

WOW, what a rip off! I went in to get a cheap Samsung phone to replace my current phone. After waiting an excessive amount of time, I was offered an A15 for $100 more than what Amazon charges for a new A15 (not refurbished). Forget that. Amazon will deliver it right to my door with no lines.

I got prompt and excellent support. I forgot my email password, yet the staff member (Jeff) was still able to copy my contacts and apps so I could use the phone and return the next day with my password to finish the install.

This morning I had to take my friend Donna to T-Mobil on Beechnut to get her phone replaced. Not only did she get a good deal on a new Motorola, but the young lady at the store used some tech wizardry to restore Donna's Uber account with a gift card balance on it. All in all, a pleasant customer service experience.

I needed some help porting my number from At&T to T-Mobile. The salesperson at this T-Mobile store fixed my issue in less than five minutes. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is the best service I have received from any wireless phone store. This store will always get my business from now on.

Jeff!!! What an amazing person and employee! I took my mom to T-Mobile to get her setup with a phone line. Jeff was just wonderful. He was kind, patient, honest and just really understanding with my mom. He answered all of her questions and really took the time to make sure she understood what she was getting. I don't know what more we could've asked for! Thank you so much Jeff! See you when we need upgrades!!

They had only one person working while another was just sitting down on her phone. Waited over 15 minutes and decided to walk out. Headed to Main Street where even thought I waited, I was treated welcoming. This location needs staff, and employees to actually work….
