The Staples Fulfillment Center entrance is on Wilshire Place Drive. The shipping and receiving office is at the back of the building by door 43. The lot is very small, tight, and set up for box trucks, making it difficult for 53-foot trailers to maneuver. Multiple reviews strongly advise truckers to park on the street first and walk to the office to check in, which avoids a potentially difficult backup in the tight yard. The receiving staff is consistently described as very friendly, attentive, polite, professional, and helpful. Unloading is noted to be very fast and efficient, with one instance of a full trailer being unloaded in 36 minutes. Overnight parking on the street is believed to be permissible.
