The hotel features rooms with a good layout that do not include barn doors, and many guests appreciate the friendly staff who make visitors feel welcome and at home. The breakfast is available seven days a week, with social hours from Monday to Wednesday offering food, drinks, beer, and wine. However, there are some drawbacks. Front desk service can be inconsistent, with staff often unresponsive or annoyed when approached. Maintenance issues include broken card readers on some doors, old furniture showing wear, and poorly done drywall repairs in bathrooms. The floors, which are all hard surfaces, were not always clean, and housekeeping is not provided on weekends by default. Common areas, especially bathrooms and bathtubs, could benefit from upgrades.
