Location greatService terribleRooms disgustingChanged rooms 3 timesFirst, they moved me because the TV and electrical outlets are not working in the room that I was originally in there was random pieces of tape on the walls and door frames in this room as wellthe second room they moved me to had it look like pubic hair that had been shaved in the bathtub and all over the bathroom floor. There’s also obvious trash on the ground can greasy countertopsThe third room, they moved me to had blood stains on the sheets and drops on the floor, unknown splatter on the walls/doors /cabinetsI spoke with the assistant general manager multiple times, including multiple staff at the front desk. I requested a come from a stay each time I talk to general manager he said he’d talk to the GM to take care of things it’s been a week and nothing has been taken care of. I’ve left my phone number I have called and no one has returned my call. This is disgusting And I tried to resolve things in a professional manner there professional mannerism was when I asked for just to come back to a clean room, was to remove my stuff from the room and put new sheets on the bed. Nothing was actually cleaned including the blood on the floor And splatter on the walls and doors

This Staybridge is very outdated. The bathtub would pool while the water is on and not drain properly. The walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors. We were on the first floor, and whoever stayed on the 2nd floor sounded like they brought in a group of elephants. This is not the Staybridge hospitality that I am used to. Left a bad impression and am not interested in staying at any Staybridge facilities.

I highly recommend this particular location to stay with! Whether you're on vacation, or are needing a really nice place to stay for a period of time, THIS is the hotel you'd want to be! Marc, the general manager, AMAZING!!! In fact, the ENTIRE staff will make you feel so welcome! Free continental breakfast every morning, fantastic coffee available all day, a beautiful area and view on the backside of the lobby, nice outdoor seating and BBQ area that's covered, cute doggie area with seating, I could go on and on about how fantastic this hotel is, but instead, if you're in the Houston area, bring yourself and your family, or just yourself and swing in for the rest of your trip! You WON'T be disappointed!!!

Bed Bugs or Fleas!!! I had reservations and attempted to stay at this hotel for one night. I did not last an hour because of an infestation of either bed bugs or fleas. Upon sitting on the bed for 15 minutes, I was covered in bugs and began to get bitten. I immediately gathered my bags that were on the floor, but they were already covered in bugs as well. The employee at the front desk was very helpful at the time and confirmed that he too saw the bugs after my complaint. Believe it or not it gets worse from there. Management denied the incident when I complained. I have been staying at IHG hotels for decades and have never filed a complaint, but this was ridiculous. I will never stay at this location, or any other hotels owned by this management group. It was a disgusting experience and to be called a liar made it even worse!

Elevator was not working the whole weekend. This made our vacation pretty uncomfortable. We had to lug all our things up and down 3 flights of stairs each time we went on an outing. The lock on the door was broken which is a major concern. It wouldn't latch completely.Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Bath products in the room are Dove. That was a nice touch. Most of the employees seemed nice although 1 employee who actually may have been a manager appeared to be rude to a worker there and then to a customer. She could really work on her customer service skills. There is a pond near the parking lot so cute ducks visit the parking lot and around the perimeter of the hotel. That's a plus. Most likely will not go back to this specific hotel on our next trip.

Last minute stay when our AC went out. We brought our bulldog as well ( she can’t take the heat either). Overall it was a great value for the comfort and amenities. The negative reviewers complaining of a funky scent are not used to Houston heat, in my opinion. The hallways trap humid air and that’s that. The room itself was ice cold and smelled super clean - just the way I like it in July.We checked in at 11 pm and felt safe as it’s a quiet, off the main drag location.Pool was great, perfectly maintained! And there was a little dog park on the grounds. So thoughtful. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the large lounge, as well as top notch treatment by the staff. And there’s ducks!Rooms: Antiseptic clean and nice cold AC. If we’d stay longer the set up of a suite with two separate tvs would be ideal for a couple.Nearby activities: We ran over to Willowbrook for a late dinner. About a five minute drive.Safety: Not a walkable area, but there’s no homeless panhandling or sketchy clinentele. But it’s not walkable.

Not very happy with my last stay. Although the room looked great, the phone didn’t work, there was no shower gel and the room had fleas. As a matter of fact, the hallway reeked of cat urine. They normally keep visitors with pets in the downstairs rooms. Unfortunately, because the elevator was out of commission, the only available room was on the third floor and I had an injury, I had to take a downstairs room. I’m surprised they don’t exterminate the rooms especially when a person keeps their pets in the room. I literally got chewed up by the fleas. I still have bite marks on my skin.

Great hotel. Quiet location. One safety concern - the lock to for the pool area does not function properly. You have to use your room key to “slide the lock” to open the gate. Apparently, everyone knows how to open it.

Awesome property, terrible management. If you go on Trip Advisor, they said they were not running a charity on my review. What kind of management team responds to a review like that? We never asked for a charity, I had money to pay they wouldn't accept it. Please do not assume that the food at 5:30 p.m. is anything, but vegetables, old cheese, and dry taco meat. The pond is cute, however, if you want to walk around a sewer, you would love it. Cans, paper, trash everywhere for the poor ducks. Carpet in the room, OLD. Nothing worked in the room, stove, dishwasher, lights, and we never complained ONCE. Be careful booking there, you could stay at a Motel 6 with working everything and like who cares about a pool? The only thing I did like was the accommodation of pets. You certainly do not want to stay at a place who blasts your business online do you? How inappropriate. There are so many extended stays that you won't waste your money on, please do yourself a favor this summer and go book somewhere else in Willowbrook. Their free laundry consists of working washing machines, but none of the dryers worked. One dryer worked, but if 500 people are staying there, you would never get the dryer to yourself. I have never stayed at a place where management was so disrespectful and especially to respond to a review online.

Fairly decent hotel for the area and price. Nice outdoor and pool area. Serve beer during weeknight happy hour. Continental breakfast and dinner with large lounge area. That said, it is starting to show its age. Not necessarily unclean, just wear and tear over time. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. My go to hotel when I’m in town for work as it’s close by and close to Willowbrook area which has a ton of shopping and dining options.

This was excellent for location. Being on Sam Houston Parkway, you are set up for any direction...In between, easy access Hwy 290 or Hwy 249, plus I-10 & I-45 are no worries.AND! The breakfast was amazing. They had such a wide range selection. It was all so good, I hurt myself I ate sooooo much.
