Guests can enjoy amenities such as a walking path with a pond, a dog park, and free washers and dryers. The hotel features rooms with a good layout that do not include barn doors, and many guests appreciate the friendly staff who make visitors feel welcome and at home. The breakfast is available seven days a week, with social hours from Monday to Wednesday offering food, drinks, beer, and wine.
However, there are some drawbacks. Front desk service can be inconsistent, with staff often unresponsive or annoyed when approached. Maintenance issues include broken card readers on some doors, old furniture showing wear, and poorly done drywall repairs in bathrooms. The floors, which are all hard surfaces, were not always clean, and housekeeping is not provided on weekends by default. Common areas, especially bathrooms and bathtubs, could benefit from upgrades. Despite these issues, many guests find the environment friendly and pet-friendly, making it a generally comfortable stay with a few room for improvements.
Strong awful mold smell in the aisles (3rd floor). Dead roaches in the room. The shower curtain is useless since it hangs over the tub, so all the water pours out, and when our shower was turned on, it had a high pitched very loud sound.

I noticed a bit of a musty smell in the hallways and rooms. Also, the shower water turned brown for a moment.

Great service and attention from all the personnel in this hotel I would stay there again.
