Incredible experience. Joseph is wonderful, loved the pieces - they had nearly every model possible on the floor and the sperio player system, quite remarkable. Fantastic experience - really the best I've had in many years of piano shopping. Thought I was going to go with yamaha, but this experience has changed my mind!
