Friendly staff and very attentive. Does take a minute to clear paperwork before donating. They offer snacks and drinks pre, during, and post donation. Ive been donating here 4-6 times a year for about 7 years and have only had 3 bad sticks and staff always super caring if that happens. Proud to be 6 + gallons in!

Very nice, yet professional and efficient staff. They explained the process well and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I hate needles, but the team here was as close to painless as I can ever imagine it being. The facility is clean and well organized. A very streamlined operation from start to finish.
