Useless. Only used this location because the U-Haul website said "guaranteed reservation" and yet here I am WITHOUT A TRUCK. Worst part is I ordered a 10' truck and there is literally one in the parking lot and they tell me "no we can't give that one to you because they had a reservation" like I didn't?!

This location charged me $5 per 16x12x12 box. The normal price is $1.46 per box. They didn't even give me a receipt. Do not do business here.
