  Worst customer service, standing in line for 15 minutes, no one at the front counter to attend customer, girl extremely loud and rude, have no respect for customer, manager Josh also standing next to her, not saying single, I hope management take action before they start losing business

  Walked in and none of the employees are wearing masks.. they lost my business. I walked right out and will go some where else..

  We rented a car hauler trailer to drive from houston tx to orem utah. Just outside of forth worth 2 tires on one side blew and we were stuck on the side of a highway for 5 hours before someone from uhaul could come and change out the tires and rims.
