Pick up process for the UHaul rental was quick & easy - Velocity helped us & was pretty accommodating. Drop off was a bit confusing at first but after talking to the sales associate, they guided us to the appropriate place past the rental gate & the keys were handed off.

Went in there early and lil crumpy. There was this nice lady she greeted me in a manner that lifted me right up . Her name was velocity.
