No one wants to help. They all stood around chatting. We asked one lady for help and she did the absolute bare minimum. Then we asked someone else and they pawned us off to the same employee so they could keep chatting, only to then be helped the bare minimum again because it was the same employee we asked for help the first time.

I have been shopping at this Ulta in Copperfield for many years & needed to express how dynamic Ms Jamie is to their team. Her energy & skill set is top tier. I’m always leaving w/ a smile on my face after shopping there & her assisting. I hope Ulta realizes people like Jamie make purchasing products that much more pleasurable.

I love ulta, but the service and staff here is not worth it. They are not helpful at all and they give off like they are not trying to deal with it today. It’s almost as if they dont want to work. Dont bother placing a same day pick up. It will be ready in about 2 days. The girl told me they didnt have my order yet, some how she could pull up my order to cancel the transaction. Well if you can pull up the order to cancel it, you can pull up the order for my 2 products. Doesnt make sense.

went to Ulta beauty today 7036 Hwy 6 north 77095 Houston 5 pm manager inside doors locked pointed to sign in window saying store closed due to severe weather. the severe weather we were experiencing was 90 degrees and sunshine just don't understand businesses today.

This is a really busy location but service is always superb! I needed a foundation stick and Nelly helped me find one that matches my color, while she was also helping another client. Since she was the only one on the floor she had to multitask and I believe she did a great job! She is fantastic and fun to be around! Thank you Nelly!

Literally FIRE Jamie. As soon as you tell her you don’t want to join the rewards program, her whole attitude changes. She is rude,disrespectful,and just completely unprofessional. If you have anger issues don’t work as a cashier. I will gladly take my business to Sephora instead.

3.9 stars ✨ is correct. The customer service here sucks. Everyone is lazy and they move so slow then when you call or chat with Ulta customer service they are even worse. They messed up my mother‘s Mother’s Day because I did not have a gift and I was the only kid there not with the gift how embarrassing. I will never ever ever shop at Ulta again. I never have shop there, but I spent so much money at Sephora. I thought that I would give Ulta a chance, but I can’t do it anymore. Slow mailing process slow customer service rude customer service. I don’t think so. I will not put up with that in 2025 where I spend my money in this tight economy matters how I’m treated matters never again.

I am happy with drugstore makeup but wanted better service so I turned to Ulta. My makeup needs are relatively no fuss, so I thought this place was more for beauty queens, but I'm SO glad I've finally upgraded my shopping standards!! Service is what I wanted and no-hassle if something doesn't work out. The cashier was really knowledgeable and not pushy but helped me with getting the store card to maximize my points. She was great to work with and explained all the free gifts with purchase which made me excited for my next visit.

I came in to switch back to using Morphe after trying Charlotte Tilbury, Mac, and Estée Lauder.These are good brands but Morphe has been a more dependable foundation for me.Well to my surprise the packaging and numbers changed.Also, the store was about to close but Alana so kindly helped me find a match(Actually, she got it on the first try!!!)Afterwards, I had some questions about other products and she so patiently answered them.Great customer service, thanks Alana!

The workers seem so miserable there they’re not smiling they don’t wander around to help maybe only the cosmetic girl on the higher end makeup every cashier looks so fed up with every customer going lol I just ran in to get lip liner I don’t live on this side so it’s kinda weird to go to an Ulta that’s not full of excited team members
