The UPS Store – Westheimer & Airline, Houston
My family and I visit this location about every two weeks, and we are always impressed with the service. We’ve shipped everything from very small to very large packages, and every time we’ve received incredibly fast, professional, and friendly service. Even when the store is busy, the wait time is minimal because the employees work as a team and always serve customers with a smile.
We’ve never had a lost or damaged package—everything arrives on time, safe and sound. They are efficient, reliable, and always provide a shipping receipt for your records, which gives great peace of mind.
This UPS Store is simply excellent, and my wife, son, and I truly love coming here!

I was a bit apprehensive to go in, seeing a very long line when I arrived. I decided to wait. I was extremely happy! The staff was pleasant and moved everyone through very quickly without making anyone feel rushed. Lisa was very pleasant and provided great customer service. She updated my name and address and was very helpful!

I was asked by keyanna to leave a review for my visit today but my visit wasn't great she seemed to have a bit of an attitude and came across frustrated I definitely think there is room for improvement

Usually this store is a pleasure and breeze to visit, from their self checkout for Temu and Amazon returns to friendly customer service. Last couple of visits not so much. You can feel tension and it is so uncomfortable to see one coworker belittling or talking down to the others. There is a new young lady, I did not catch her name so I will mention she is black only for identification purposes, that is incredibly catty to other employees, all of whom are apparently terrified of her. She reigns over the front counter while the others huddle in the corner together. This is so awkward. Its feels embarrassing like walking into a family conflict. The others are professional and don’t respond to her rudely but I’ll avoid going for now.
